BELL key with LEGO figure

Found a key on the ground in front of Hutchinson Hall. It was near the curb so I think it must've fell out of someone's pocket while biking. I stood there thinking if it was worth saving so I hope you put in as much thought as to at least look for it here. Inscribed on the key is the word BELL. Attached to the key is a LEGO figure. If you can tell me what the LEGO is then I will hand it over. If you cannot then I will randomly choose three truths or dares, each more truthy and dairy than the last so get your answer straight. P.S. No wishing for more wishes. I hate that.
