•Assists marketing team in compiling clips, some simple layout-design and general office tasks
Qualifications:
•Must have a passion for all things Web 2.0- must have working experience with MySpace, Facebook, Twitter, Flick’r, Digg
•Must have a basic understanding of blog software and RSS
•Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs like Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
•Impeccable written communication skills
•Currently enrolled college student or recent graduate
Preferred Qualifications:
•Can work with style sheets or have basic programming skills (Java, etc.)

Strategic Account Application
Delivers technical expertise for solution implementation to customer based on Verigy 93K products and services. Poovides support for pre-sales assessment of customer needs as well as implementation/execution of the solution. Understands customers problems, recommends solutions to meet their needs, and ensures customer satisfaction. The employee will be part of Interwoven’s Worksite Consulting Services Team. Worksite is Interwoven’s product family of Document, Email and Records Management products. The Interwoven consulting team is responsible for assisting Interwoven customers with successfully deploying its products. Job Responsibilities The Consulting Manager (CM) is responsible for managing relationships and service delivery for customers within an assigned region. From working as a service delivery subject matter expert during the sales process, to delivering engagements on time and within budget, to identifying and helping to secure follow on work, the CM is key to establishing, maintaining and expanding Interwoven's relationships with our customers. As a primary contact with our customers, CMs set the bar for our world class delivery organization. The Consulting Manager’s responsibilities include the following: •Business Management oWork with the sales and services sales teams to provide subject matter expertise, assessments, proposals, estimates and contracts for service opportunities oAccurately track and forecast engagement revenues on a quarterly basis. This includes managing a services pipeline , negotiating contracts and invoicing for engagements. oCM s should also maintain strong customer relationships in order to identify opportunities to deliver further solutions and contract further work with existing customers oDevelop solid project plans and models for delivery, identifying skill set needs, risks, dependencies and mitigation strategies. Introduce, champion and actively utilize our methodology and best practices •Engagement Management oOverall responsibility for system design and overall deployment execution of a project rests with the CM. oActively participate and provide direction where needed in the analysis, requirements gathering and design portions of engagements. oWork with Customer’s Project Manager to ensure successful product rollout. oWork with customer to provide a solution to the customer’s problem (s). Provide customers and prospects with service, support, problem solving and escalation. oInteract with Interwoven R&D and Product Support to provide product feedback and gain knowledge of current and future products and services offered by Interwoven. •Resource Management oActively work with recruiters and HR to hire and retain key technical consultants to deliver work in the assigned region. oProvide leadership and guidance to Senior Technical Consultants and Technical Consultants on the team. oWork with each direct report to build a Career Development Plan as well as delivery quarterly and annual reviews
Required Skills
BS (or higher) in Computer Science or Business Management is required.
5 - 10 years of experience in a similar role is required.
Strong understanding of basic business concepts and practices in the Document Management industry are required.
Work experience with similar products like iManage, DOCS Open, FileNet and Documentum is required.
Work experience in law firms or accounting firms is a plus.
Must have strong familiarity with Windows database and networking technologies.
Knowledge of Microsoft ISS and .NET technologies is a plus.
Knowledge of large scale desktop deployment technologies is a plus.
Knowledge of Network Systems (WAN Accelerators, Firewalls, etc.) and Single Sign On technologies is a plus.
International work experience is a plus.
Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Solid work ethics with a willingness to work overtime to meet client demand is required

• Knowledge and experience with agile development in a very team-based environment
Optional
