The rent is $450 plus utilities. (per person) The room is moderately large and is in brand-new condition. The apartment has a big living room with plenty of space and has little noise between the neighbors and the outside environment.
The apartment is located with the Dartmouth court apartments and is close to the UCI campus as well as Trader Joe's and University Town Center for very convenient food and shopping needs. AND it is located close to the court's laundry room.
A parking spot is available during summer if you have a car, or simply need storage space.
There will be a club and a pool available for residents so it'll be a great place to hang out during the summer!
