So we'd love to find a new gal room-mate to replace her. We all get along really well -- educated and friendly. It's definitely not the kind of place where people blast their music and fight. We're all pretty laid back and live in total harmony. For example, if someone's watching The Office and you NEED Ugly Betty, it's never a problem to switch it over. We have that kind of easy, supportive lifestyle with no drama. Also, this is not the kind of situation where you live with people, but don't really know them, and lock your door if you have valuables. We all know each other really well, and like to have dinner together when our schedules all jive, or all go to movies together or hang out and talk or so surfing. So the most important thing to us is that we all click.
The house has a good sized private back yard with a ton of plants in addition to the patio. The Rose Garden is one of the safest areas in San Jose, with two gigantic rose gardens, a library, and a museum within walking distance. The available room has two large windows, a double-closet with pocket doors, carpeting and cream paint. It's quite a spacious bedroom. This would be a great fit for an SCU student or a recent grad. Two of the people in the house are vegetarian, so if you are too that's perfect.
Absolutely, positively no cigarette smoking anywhere around the house. If you can't help but smoke, or you come home reeking of smoke, or you like to step outside to smoke, it just wouldn't be a good fit.
